A dark haired man in his 20's has been spotted in Moreton-in-the Marsh, Gloucestershire, taking photographs of residences and dogs. This tall ' swarthy ' looking male drives a Ford Focus or possibly VW, brown in colour. Be on your guard and if you spot him please log and report the reg plate. Many thanks
