[B]Just a wee story about my mum's dog that went missing recently.
He is a chocolate Labrador named Copper. He went missing from my mum's garden on the Friday so of course we were all hysterical because he was no-where to be found. I created missing posters via a web site called "doglost.co.uk" (which is free) and then posted these around all the local shops & businesses. It was not until the Wednesday before we got the response we were waiting on which was from a young boy who had been working next door to the shop I had put a poster in. He said he had just seen a man walking a dog the spitting image of ours and he knew the man did not have a dog until now. He gave us the address and we were there within 5 minutes. Of course the man pretended not to know what we were on about but after my dad became very angry he eventually brought the dog to the door and my dad identified him!! The shop was also right next to this shop!!!!! My dad took the dog home and we all celebrated. Just to let everyone know that posters are really the best thing to do especially if you add a picture to them. People always respond the best!!! I also gave a reward for Copper and added this to the poster (which might have made the difference). Alls well that ends well and Copper is glad to be home!!!
