Updated the Lost and Found Labrador directory

Spent some time hunting down some bugs in the adding routine, and making it so that the fields are checked for accuracy and that they have been filled in to prevent bad entries going in.

I am also adding a few blocks to the front page to show recent dogs added and the most recent labrador entered into the database

If you have added labradors in then please email photos for the dogs and also amend the entries to include full information especially such details as the Pets Name etc.

I have also added in a few extra fields as follows:-

Age in Years and Months
Entire i.e. whether the missing pet is neutered/spayed.
