Do you have a few minutes a week or month spare to help search for lost or stolen dogs?
For only a few minutes browsing you could change lives, reuniting an owner with their beloved pet
Can you imagine how an owner would feel, having been through times of torment, to finally get a call to say their dog has been found ?
Can you imagine how you would feel if it was YOUR search that re united them..?
All the links will be here, you just need to click and search, as many or as few as you want..........from little acorns.........
Whether you are a dedicated searcher or rescuer or just popped in here with a cup of coffee for a sit down for ten minutes, your effort, no matter how small can change someone's life and the life of their dog.
If you find you can help from time to time, please just leave a note on this thread where you searched, so those following are aware.
This will also allow us to keep track and make sure all areas are searched regularly.
Thanking you in anticipation

Hi,
A quick note:
If you do have spare time, please add 'lostlabs' to other lost and rescue websites, in their links section. Many thanks everyone.

HI All,
Just a little reminder to say we really do need all the help we can get.
Please reply to this thread, or pm Rhoni & Sam if you can help out in any way possible.
Alternatively, please sign up to the 'lab alerts' where you will then be emailed with updates and ways in which you can help.
Thank you all so much.

Thanks Kev,
Everyday we are made aware of lost labs and need people like you to help..thanx
Have you put your details on Lab Alert? On the left of home page? This will allow us, in the event of an alert, to contact those in the area.
Thanks pal

Hi Rhoni
I will register with lab alerts as soon as I sort my email problem out.I have posted on another thread.
I have still got Birmingham schools to do for George. There are over 400, I asked for help on LF but nobody responded.
But if I break it up to 50 at a time I will be ok.Depends how long Buster goes to sleep for lol cos it's no good me trying to do anything serious when he is awake as I have to keep leaving my pc.
Also I was waiting to have Broadband installed and I've got it now.So I will crack on with it.

Kev, what is your email prob? Your end or ours?
Hey, I know what you mean I have 393 schools to address.
Maybe a post to be more direct, in asking for help?! Can't always rely on the tail end of a thread, quite often gets missed !
Make a post and ask !

Hi Rhoni
Email sorted now ok.
I have just mailed donsosa for the standard email and poster. I looked at Birmingham schools and there are a lot that are not in bold, which would give the impression they do not have email facility.I know this is not the case as all Birmingham City Councils schools have got email. I am now thinking that I ought to contact the education dept as they will have a facilility to email all schools at once. So I can ask them to send the email and attachment. Its worth a try. I am going to see if I can get the posters put up in all the City's libraries as well.

Hi Labbymad,
That's very kind of you, thanks.
With Lost Labs still in t's infancy we are still in the process of building all the search links, some are there though......
If you ever want to, making a note of the dogs in lost and found, or printing them of and then cross referencing with links we already have that would be great.
Also browsing the web for lost dog sites, again cross referencing our dogs, both lost and found.......to see if we can link any of them up.
If you are able to that would be wonderful...and if you could just make a note on this thread which sites you searched that will prevent anyone else covering the same area.....
If you have any probs either post on here or please feel free to PM me.
Thank you once again....and happy hunting
