Job Description
Lost Labs is looking for an experienced Account & Talent Manager to drive business opportunities for our high-profile talents within the luxury, fashion and beauty industries. This role involves building and managing relationships with top-tier brands and agencies, overseeing communication and ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the point of contact for brand clients and agencies, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Proactively pitch partnerships and campaigns that align with the influencers’ personal brand.
Negotiate contract terms and manage the execution of agreements to protect and enhance the influencers’ brand.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance the visibility and collaboration potential for our influencers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at brands and agencies.
Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, talent management, or project management within the luxury, fashion, or beauty industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Established network within the luxury, fashion, and beauty industries.
Experience working with influencers and understanding the nuances of influencer marketing.
