Job Description

Lost Labs is looking for an experienced Account & Talent Manager to drive business opportunities for our high-profile talents within the luxury, fashion and beauty industries. This role involves building and managing relationships with top-tier brands and agencies, overseeing communication and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for brand clients and agencies, ensuring clear and effective communication.

  • Proactively pitch partnerships and campaigns that align with the influencers’ personal brand.

  • Negotiate contract terms and manage the execution of agreements to protect and enhance the influencers’ brand.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance the visibility and collaboration potential for our influencers.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at brands and agencies.

  • Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, talent management, or project management within the luxury, fashion, or beauty industry.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Established network within the luxury, fashion, and beauty industries.

  • Experience working with influencers and understanding the nuances of influencer marketing.
